Limit access to secrets in vault #114

Summary of the new feature / enhancement
Hey, i am just starting to work with the SecretStore module and so far its great, but it would be great if it were possible to somehow limit access to secrets in any way. This would help with automation, as i do not want anyone with access to the xml file with the credentials to have all secrets in the store.
Not sure if its clear enough what i mean, but i hope it is.
EDIT: Just noticed this might be better for the SecretManagement repo. Can be moved if correct
