Feature/FOUR-20301: Launchpad configuration - Implement participant processes list in List Pane

How to Test

• Login PM4
• Go to Tasks
• In the left, a new Pane with Participant processes list should be displayed (if there are more than 8 processes, the first 8 should be displayed and a vertical scroll bar must appear for more processes)
• Click in some Process, in the main container of the page , the ID of process should be displayed without refresh the page
• Click on INBOX button, the list of ALL PARTICIPANT TASKS should be displayed.
  IMPORTANT: The content for Process Page and Dashboard page will be implemented in the next tickets. Only the first part for Process page is included in this ticket, the rest of code is already in progress.
