Populate SMART_EXTRACT_API_HOST and SMART_EXTRACT_REQUEST_TIMEOUT in the runner's variablesParameter from config('smart-extract.*'). This exposes the Smart Extract API host and request timeout settings to scripts executed by the microservice runner so they can call the Smart Extract service with the correct endpoint and timeout.

Issue & Reproduction Steps
This PR updates
ScriptMicroserviceRunner.phpto include theSMART_EXTRACT_API_HOSTandSMART_EXTRACT_REQUEST_TIMEOUTenvironment variable in the list of accessible variables for the Scripts microservice.Previously, only a limited set of environment variables were available by default, which caused
getenv('SMART_EXTRACT_API_HOST')to return null. With this change, the Smart Extract package can now correctly retrieve the host value usinggetenv().Related Tickets & Packages
