Add tutorial performing anomaly detection based on likelihoods from Generative Models

Create tutorial that performs anomaly detection using the probabilities (or proxy information) from Generative Models (transformers or diffusion models).

I added a PR about it in #298
It would good to hae your thoughts about it, if you have time
