Update anomaly detection notebook

I'm planning to update [this example](https://github.com/Project-MONAI/GenerativeModels/blob/main/tutorials/generative/anomaly_detection/anomaly_detection_with_transformers.ipynb) to more closely match what I'm going to present at GTC (e.g. include more OOD classes) and hopefully to add an example of healing sequences.
