1318 Update highlights 0.4

Part of issue #1318 .

Description

This PR updated the highlights page to align with MONAI v0.4 release.

Status

Ready

Types of changes

• Non-breaking change (fix or new feature that would not break existing functionality).
• Breaking change (fix or new feature that would cause existing functionality to change).
• New tests added to cover the changes.
• Integration tests passed locally by running ./runtests.sh --codeformat --coverage.
• Quick tests passed locally by running ./runtests.sh --quick.
• In-line docstrings updated.
• Documentation updated, tested make html command in the docs/ folder.

I updated the technical highlights page for most of new features in v0.4, only missing GradCam and PatchDataset, I put 2 FIXME tags for them, could you please help add some description or demo chart and review the PR?
