Fixes #181 .

Description

This PR implemented:

  1. NormalizeIntensityd transform.
  2. ScaleIntensityRange, ScaleIntensityRanged transforms.
  3. Segmentation training example based on MSD public dataset.

Status

Ready

Types of changes

  • Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
  • Breaking change (fix or new feature that would cause existing functionality to change)
  • New tests added to cover the changes
  • Docstrings/Documentation updated
