The current implementation of the server does not have any metrics which makes it hard to understand if it's broken or not.
Let's work with claude to add some basic statsd metric collection.
I verified this by pushing it
arc-cache-2and then seeing that it produced metrics.I also added some basic instructions on how to run and push artifacts.
