Installation

Make sure to have the following Python packages using PIP before running the program:

• websockets
• pydicom
• PyQt5
• mrigtlbridge (See below)

mrigtlbridge

The mrigtlbridge module is not available online. Please download the code from GitHub and follow the instruction in README.md.
