• Create PATCH(talents/{id}/proofs/{id}) endpoint
• Create method chengeTalentProof
• Add exceptions that may arise:
  - there is no talent with this id
  - here is no proof with this id
  - when passing the wrong data to chenge a proof
  - check the status of the proof, it should be “draft“
