As a guest I want to see a main page with a list of all “talents” cards displayed with a short description about them:

• image (jpg, png, jpeg);
• full name of talent (Latin, Cyrillic);
• specialization (Latin, Cyrillic);
• short list of main talent’s skills (Latin, Cyrillic);

• Main page should display scrolling tape of all “talents” cards with short information about talent;
• By clicking on the talent mini-profile should open the registration/login window;
