auto detect failed amplicons

TODO: when a bed file has an amplicon range with based that have zero coverage, shade a very transparent (but visible) colour (variable with colour blind settings) over the region for quick QC of missing regions. This is especially helpful with primer schemes that contain many amplicons, which make it difficult to see at a glance if one is missing.
