percent calculation only correct for JETI system

the percent calculation is based on pulse width range 1000 µs (-100%) to 2000 µs (+100%) used by JETI.
The range should be configurable for other systems e.g. HoTT (1100-1900µs) or Taranis (988-2012µs).
