Apparently Discord API only allows bots to have a maximum of 5 user commands. Why? I don't know blud.

User Commands!
This allows easier and quicker access to some important isobot commands, as well as being able to take full advantage of the Discord client UI for isobot.
User commands had to be limited to a maximum of 5 command, which led to the removal of a few planned user commands. However, the most important user commands have been retained.
