This command allows users to set a custom theme color (hex code) to personalize their `/profile` command, embeds, and their bot experience.
`discord.Color.default()` will return a color of `#000000` (black), wheras `discord.Embed.Empty` will set the embed to use Discord's default embed color (blank).
