Now that PyO3/pyo3#4811 has been merged and the first beta release is approaching, is there an ETA for this, and how trivial can it be implemented?

I don't think we need to do anything now in maturin, after #2527 the min & max supported Python versions are sourced from pyo3-ffi metadata.
