pyo3 master branch has updated since the rust-numpy v0.8.0 was created and adapted, making this branch incompatible. Instead of using the git path, we can use the "0.9.0-alpha.1" version on crates.io, which almost compiles. There's still a specialization problem, but that's another issue.
