Issues #71 and #76 (evaluation & plotting)

fixed bug related to qq plot
made classification and regression evaluator classes internally more consistent, as well as API-wise (y_true and y_pred are stored as an object attribute after a call to fit)
expanded evaluation unit testing both for classification and regression, and where possible also for plots

Resolves #71, #76
