Describe the fix or the content request.
The PEC example in #5028 uses 900 randomization x 1000 shots each, which seems a bit excessive. Estimator default uses 32 randomization x 128 shots each. We should do some investigate to see if we can bring these numbers down, so it doesn't take 10 minutes of QPU time (which makes it difficult for open plan users to try).
For new content requests - if the request is accepted, do you want to write the content?
