Proofread new AR1 lecture

This new lecture was just added in QuantEcon/lecture-source-py#815.

It will be made live tonight.

It definitely needs a careful proofread, both of the English and the maths. All help is greatly appreciated, especially if you can do it in the next couple of days.

@shlff Some of the content of these issues will be a bit confusing. The files in this repo were populated from lecture-source-py (7f3d370129befc987a1f895c9910c3b0c46466b1). So the first part of this issue can be crossed through.
