Florence is a Scientific Software Engineer at QuantStack.

After a PhD in Physics, she has been working as a post-doctoral researcher in different academic laboratories. She then worked as a research engineer at Vulcain Ingenierie's company.
She is a contributor to the Jupyter Project, with a particular focus on JupyterLab core and on developing custom extensions such as <a href="https://blog.jupyter.org/a-theme-editor-for-jupyterlab-8f08ab62894d/">jupyterlab-theme-editor</a>.

Since she joinded QuantStack, she has started to contribute to the Jupyter Project, most particularly to JupyterLab,
and to some extensions like the <a href="https://blog.jupyter.org/a-theme-editor-for-jupyterlab-8f08ab62894d/">jupyterlab-theme-editor</a>, to ipyleaflet and to nbdime.
Before joining QuantStack, she worked as a research scientist or engineer in several academic laboratories as well as in an engineering company.
