This repo contains the code and some of the data used for my (Stefano Mezzini's) second PhD thesis chapter. I will update this README with information on the related publication after manuscript acceptance.

Note that some files are not included in the repo because they are beyond GitHub's file size limit of 100 MB, but such files can be created or downloaded using the code in the analysis folder.
