Bad Request when running Examples > Program > Payment method

First off, I had to set all projects to the same .Net Framework. I originally took a subset of code but then used the exact csharp-stellar-base you guys provided and when I ran the project below this error comes back. What is the point of this project if it is so shoddily put together? You may have spent time building it but if it doesn't even work, has zero documentation and people waste time trying to understand what has been concocted.

Hi zakwillis,

Thanks for your comment. This repository was set-up as a Quick and dirty library to create, encode and decode Stellar transactions as stated in the Readme. But I agree that some more development to make it better doesn't hurt. We will look into it in the near future.
In the meantime feel free to file a Pull Request if you have improved some of the code.
