内网更新(0.0.11->0.0.12)失败，无法下载 ripgrep

What happened?

我在公司内网更新新版本失败，无法下载 ripgrep，公司出于安全未开通访问 github 的策略。
这个问题前几天在 gemini-cli 上也存在，不过他们已经修复了，希望 qwen-code 也能修改一下。

I resolved this issue by following these steps:

1. Download the ripgrep archive from the URL shown in the error message (e.g., https://github.com/microsoft/ripgrep-prebuilt/releases/download/v13.0.0-10/ripgrep-v13.0.0-10-x86_64-unknown-linux-musl.tar.gz).
2. Move the downloaded archive (e.g., ripgrep-v13.0.0-10-x86_64-unknown-linux-musl.tar.gz) to the directory $HOME/.cache/vscode-ripgrep/(create if it doesn't exist).
3. Re-run the installation command npm install -g @qwen-code/qwen-code@latest.
