In the HAVE_FAST_FMA_F32 || !DAZ_OPT case, I count 3 fma, 1 fmul. In the quarter rate case, that should mean 16 * 3 + 4 = 52 cycles.

In the else case, we have 5 mads, 2 fmul, 1 fsub, 1 fadd, 1 and, giving 60 cycles.
