* Linux "deploy" fails on non-tagged releases due to version numbers
Adding version tag back to uber jar name
adjusting after_build script
linux vm is case sensitive and expects APPVEYOR_REPO_TAG
Updated to xcode 10 which includes JDK 10
Removing cache, errors out anyway
