.config文件应属于用户本地设置的个性化文件，env远端仓库不应该包含，否则以强制更新，用户设置的内容就都被覆盖掉了

.config文件应属于用户本地设置的个性化文件，env远端仓库不应该包含，否则一强制更新，用户设置的内容就都被覆盖掉了
该文件在缺失的情况下，在第一次执行menuconfig -s时会自动生成，无需担心。
如果不删除，有可能会干扰到ENV工具或者Studio已经设置好的内容。
