This PR contains the following changes:

  • Refactor all Javascript files to Typescript
  • Support for all LND sub-servers w/ full type definitions
    • Autopilot (autopilotrpc)
    • ChainNotifier (chainrpc)
    • Invoices (invoicesrpc)
    • Router (routerrpc)
    • Signer (signrpc)
    • WalletKit (walletrpc)
    • Watchtower (watchtowerrpc)
    • WatchtowerClient (wtclientrpc)
  • All enums are now exported from .ts files and can be used at runtime

Note: These code changes should be completely backwards compatible.
