Add leaflet-edgescale integration

Integrates and bundle the following libraries into a single file: libs/leaflet-edgescale.js

• Leaflet.EdgeScaleBar
• Leaflet.MapCenterCoord

A special thank to @chaosad2802 for introducing them to me with his/her mymaps.fr
