Compiled Windows copy of OpenPHT please? #333
Description
Currently no .exe exists for 1.8.0b for Windows.
Can someone please update the project with this?
In the meantime for anyone else who needs to do it the manual old way:

Download both, copy and replace the file in C:\Program Files (x86)\OpenPHT\system
