Missing ratrig-productpages submodule

I'm trying to clone this repo and fire up the docs container, however this is failing because the ratrig-productpages submodule has either been deleted or made private. It's pointing to https://github.com/Rat-Rig/ratrig-productpages - which is a 404 to me.

Is this broken, or is there a process to get read access to this repo?
