Final 3 rchk messages

rchk has updated now for 1.11.2 and there's one left in fmelt.c:352. I either missed it, or created it PR #2836. The two in freadR.c were expected and I'll need to ask Tomas if there's a way to silence rchk about those.

The fmelt.c one wasn't missed or created. I just forgot it would remain.
I filed the suggestion with Tomas (kalibera/rchk#9) to see if a comment marker \\ norchk can be added just like the # nocov marker in covr.
No need to keep the issue open here as we'll be reminded by continued rchk presence under "additional issues" on CRAN checks page.

Tomas replied in kalibera/rchk#9 with suggestion on how to clear these final 3. It should work, hence closing that rchk request and reopening here.
