Add flag to pycovjson-convert to support writing CoverageJSON-LD

A simple boolean flag on the CLI would be very nice to write CoverageJSON-LD as explained within Coverages, JSON-LD and RDF Data Cubes.
I am going to build off of the PR at #33 (in another branch) and add this functionality.
