Add a toggle to show or omit (1) Requests with Sepolia Payment Network, and (2) Payments on Sepolia

Motivation

1. Even if a Request is "real"—with a CID stored on the Gnosis chain—the specified payment network can still be a testnet like Sepolia. Many users will want to ignore:
   • requests with Sepolia payment network
   • payments on Sepolia

Definiton of Done

• Toggle at the top of each page to omit Sepolia
• info icon with tooltip explaining what the toggle does
• When toggle is true:
  • Omit Requests with Sepolia payment network
  • Omit Payments on Sepolia

Considerations

Consider adding a Preferences page to hold all the user preference toggles.
