Support "Amount in USD"

Motivation

Users want to see how much a payment is worth in USD for their accounting.

Definition of Done

• In the Requests Table on the Address page and Requests page
  • Truncate amounts to the first 9 decimal places
  • Amount Tooltip shows the full precision and Amount in USD using the current price
  • Clicking the Amount column header toggles to Amount in USD using the current price. Clicking the Amount column header AGAIN toggle to Amount in USD using the historical price on the day of the request creation.

Historical prices might be expensive. Look into caching to reduce cost. If it's too expensive, maybe we don't do historical price.
