In the Requests table, Each request expands to show the transactions and payments contained in it. Transactions and Payments will be in the same table interleaved with each other.
- Columns: Action (Create, Cancel, Accept..., Payment), ID (Request Transaction ID or Payment Transaction ID), Age, From/Signer, To, Amount/Amount in USD (current)/Amount in USD (historical), Network Fee, Service Fee, Content Identifier (CID), Protocol fee
