[Request Invoicing] Improve filtering on Invoice Dashboard

Problem

Users asked if they could hide voided or canceled request from the Invoice Dashboard.

Proposed Solution

• Filter by Type (IN and OUT), only on the All tab. Keep the Pay and Get Paid tabs
• Filter by Status
• Filter by Chain (after Add column for payment chain in the Invoice Dashboard #70)
