Switching wallet in Metamask fails to reconnect to Lit Protocol properly resulting in error while creating encrypted request

Problem(s)

Fails to reconnect to Lit Protocol when switching wallet address in Metamask.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Connect wallet
2. Show Dashboard
3. Enable decrypted requests
4. Change wallets in Metamask
5. Observe that not prompted to reconnect to Lit Protocol with the new wallet
6. If you try to create an encrypted request, you get the error shown in the screenshot above.

Solution

We need to handle the Lit Protocol connection state better when changing Metamask addresses.
