Coordinate Pay and Get Paid tabs with IN and OUT filters on the Invoice Dashboard

Problem

On the Invoice Dashboard, the following combinations of tabs and filters are impossible, so no requests will be displayed.

• Pay Tab + IN Filter
• Get Paid Tab + OUT Filter

Proposed Solution(s)

1. Remove the Type Filter from the Pay and Get Paid tabs
2. Disallow changing the Type Filter on the Pay and Get Paid tabs But still display it, for consistent filter placement across tabs. "One-way coordination" where the Tab defines the Filter
3. Allow changing the Type Filter on the Pay and Get Paid tabs resulting in switching tabs when switching the filter. "Two-way coordination"
