Import/Export of rules for RP 1.xx

Would be nice if the rules could be exported and imported like in the pre 1.xx versions of request policy.

I agree this would be good. I'm not sure when I'll have time to implement it, but at least with RP 1.x you can manually back up your policy much easier than you could with 0.5.

For reference (you may know this, but it's useful for others):

To manually back up your policy on 1.x, make a copy of the file PROFILE_DIR/requestpolicy/policies/user.json where PROFILE_DIR is your Firefox profile directory.

Here is how to find your profile directory: http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profiles-where-firefox-stores-user-data

To restore your policy, copy your backup of the user.json file into the same location in your profile directory.

Why so complicated? With RP 0.5, you could export/import rules in the settings. It was straight-forward. Some people can't work well with files in the profile dir and cause more breakage than everything else. I'm not sure if this bug is about that, but my 0.5 config wasn't automatically imported in 1.0. This is bad for many users.

The policies are imported without any problems, I've just tested this.

I tested it again and now it didn't work. maybe it works sometimes. but this bug is tracked here: #354
