Revisit the use of Call-Id for correlation

Need to revisit the thinking on the current solution and brainstorm

I think we might have issues there with having active jobs that have the same Call-Id that might mess up the flow.

Let's spend some time to revisit what is the actual issue before GA since I don't remember currently, and decide if there's an issue and how critical it is
