Right now it defaults to front facing camera, but there's a range of android devices that offer different configurations, hence would be worth making this configurable.
The idea here is that we enhance RCDevice to query available cameras and allow a video call to be initiated with on of those. Also we need a way to switch cameras midway into the call.
