Evaluate jaxrs 2.0 upgrade

Make sure there are no failing cases after upgrading jax-rs to version 2.0

hmm...build fails because jersey-server.jar (227) is built for java 8 (52.0 version) while designer is locked down to 1.7 (needed for bundled restcomm deployments) :-(

It looks like latest jersey-server.jar with support for java 7 is 2.25.1. It can be used. No harm done.

worked on testsuite too. Upgrated the client there. Ran mvn clean test and got a:

org/glassfish/jersey/servlet/init/JerseyServletContainerInitializer : Unsupported major.minor version 52.0

The following still need to be addressed:

• Review jaxrs application bootstrap from web.xml. The existing method seems pretty outdated and possibly prevents the raxrs20 application to run properly. We need to simplify and use automatic resource detection too if possible. There is an example with both automatic and explicit resource registration here:

• Fix designer error that happens when starting:

• Fix testsuite. Still some java version errors like:

• Check cors filter. This is by default disabled and also uses custom web.xml's. We need to update these too.
