Support different model providers via LiteLLM

Currently, the model providers in `rightnow-cli` are limited.

We can keep the current agent/tool orchestration exactly as-is, replace only provider transport with LiteLLM with direct providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc), of course Openrouter parity should be maintained.
