Oh i forgot there are some other artifacts, but nothing should be accessible to end users, without the use of debug commands. |

Due to an issue with SCPSLAudioAPI and the way it is embedded, some users experience bugs that will crash the server. This PR fixes those bugs by embedding NVorbis into the embedded resources.
