PR adds more comments to modules, functions, and types.
Along the way, I remove some stale comments and changed a few public functions in
Bitcoinex.LightningNetworkto private.Changed
Bitcoinex.Base58ChecktoBitcoinex.Base58for clarity and consistency's sake. For our bech32 encoding, we call it Bitcoinex.Bech32 - not Bech32Check.
