New:  XASMAVR 2.1 Macro Assembler for Windows

This new repository comes with a test-suite of nine .ASM avr-files that can serve as a reference,
Setting "#define XASMAVR" some open issues will come up when assembled with AVRA.EXE.
XASMAVR.EXE seems to be ok in all these cases.
