Improve SelfUpdate to only update to next minor Version

Problem:
Currently the SelfUpdater of the MMLC can also update from version 1.14.x to version 1.20.x. or even from 1.x.x to 3.x.x The SelfUpdate can update more than one minor version (14 to 20). As a result, MMLC 1.20.0 must support all changes (from 15, 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20).

Solution:
We limit the SelfUpdater to a maximum distance of one minor version. And only to the next oldest major version, when the latest minor version is installed.

Examples:
Minor:

• ✅ 1.14.0 -> 1.14.1
• ✅ 1.14.0 -> 1.14.9
• ✅ 1.14.0 -> 1.15.0
• ✅ 1.14.9 -> 1.15.0
• ✅ 1.14.0 -> 1.15.0 -> 1.15.1
• 🚫 1.14.0 -> 1.15.1

Major:

• ✅ 1.15.0 -> 2.0.0
• ✅ 1.15.1 -> 2.0.0
• ✅ 1.15.1 -> 2.0.0 -> 2.1.0
• 🚫 1.14.0 -> 2.0.0 (because 1.14 is not the latest minor version)
• 🚫 1.15.1 -> 2.1.0
