There a many issues with this.

1. As you have stated most bad actors work by leading people off platform and because discord does not have sentinel this is powerless against that. Now you could work with discord but both you and discord have shown that you do not care and this is more of a bandage then a real fix, so you aren't going to put any more effort into it
2. Corruption in Roblox moderation is a real issue and as long as you guys put profits over people no matter how many new tech you make this will still be an issue
3. This is a straw man. There is no use in pretending that this is a real solution to the problem, this is merely a distraction. You could get better moderators you could make genuine attempts to fix the issue but that won't work for you because it does not make you money. And you have shown that's all you care about. Stop pretending that's not true.

There is not much we can do. Most of this stuff happens off platform on things like discord. If discord implemented it then improving this would be worth while but right now it's not.
