Describe the bug

I would like to see a Past Rulings and possible an FAQ section in the rulebook.

This is important to reference during scoring, especially for partial scoring during gpsr.

e.g. "Tell me the largest drink at the bar"

How much of the solution is driving to the bar, Recognizing all items, drinks, the largest, telling it to the operator at the command spot?

This may result in more consistent scoring between different referees.
